Clobbered Cranberry Stuffing
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1 cup Finely chopped celery
- 1 tsp Dried sage
- ¼ tsp Fresh ground pepper
- 1 cup Roughly chopped cranberries
- 3 Healthy spoonfuls Kozlik’s Clobbered Cranberry Mustard
- 3 cups Roughly chopped bread
- 1 cup Finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 ½ Turkey or vegetable stock
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Combine stock and Clobbered Cranberry Mustard & mix well.
Combine all ingredients in a parchment paper lined roasting pan or casserole dish.
Cook at 350 °F for 45 minutes. Check every ten minutes to stir. Add additional stock or water if needed after 30 minutes.
Serve with turkey
